Returns
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up and fake tan, and with all tags attached.
- All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Do not remove the hygiene seal on swimwear; returns will not be accepted if the seal is removed (unless defective).
- Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended to use a traceable delivery method to ensure safe return. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned parcels.
- Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless defective or faulty. All sale items are final.
- Hijabs, caps, scarves, bonds, and caps cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit. Full-price items can be exchanged, and customers must cover the postage cost. We will issue a store credit for the returned item's amount.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified.
